My name is Joanne Keeble and I am a mum of two grown up boys. I have always had a passion for healthy living and keeping in good shape.
At a young age I was a competitive horserider and in my 30’s became hooked on yoga and how it can improve your mind, body and soul, I have taken yoga master classes with teachers such as Rod Stryker, Rodney Yee, Ana Forrest and Jim Bennit.
Feeling the need to get my pre-children body back I also joined a kickboxing gym whilst living in America and trained there for 3 years. I have been a level 3 Personal Trainer for 8 years and now get great satisfaction from helping others realise their full potential and be the best version of themselves they can be.
My focus is around building a strong core and all the benefits it brings, my ethos is more to focus on health, not weight, to be strong and fit and make better food choices for a healthier way of life and long lasting success.
I am creative with my workouts and make them fun and varied and train with you for extra motivation.
Although I cater for all ages and all abilities, I have a real passion for helping post natal mums to get their body back into great shape, or help people achieve something they didn’t think was possible!
