At Jo’s Gym we have created a range of workouts and payment options that make training with a qualified personal trainer more affordable to everyone. So NO excuses! Our personal training session options include big discounts on session packages of 5, 10 or 20 sessions with payments up front. Pay as you go is available at full price.
We recommend a minimum of 2 sessions a week, for conditioning and strength or 3 sessions a week for weight loss goals. But everyone is different and the number of sessions you can attend can be discussed at your consultation and depends very much on your current fitness and goal you have in mind.
Each personal training session tailored to your goals and ability and lasting up to an hour. High Intensity training normally last between 30 and 40 mins, this doesn’t mean you get less results, it means they are harder and only for the serious clientele. Sometimes the sessions may go over, but that’s down to my dedication to get you in shape!
Once you’ve paid that’s only the start of the commitment. We don’t offer any refunds, if you wimp out then that’s your failure! If you’re ill or not feeling it on the day, then we just re-schedule.
