INSANITY training – an itense workout invented by Shaun T.We incorporate Shaun T’s Max interval training techniques, involving: plyometrics (high intensity explosive moves), pure cardio, upper body resistance, and cardio abs.
You work flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air, have a drink and get straight back to work!
It’s called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt.
Although it is HIIT training, with regular interval training you can expect short burst of high intensity exercise with a slightly longer lower intensity exercise, which is a very effective workout….. INSANITY flips that formula upside down by making the high intensity bursts longer and the low intensity almost non existent!
INSANITY can get results in 60 days but BEWARE this is a serious workout for people who are already fit, it’s not for the fitness newbie and not suitable for people with old injuries, back, knee or joint problems, or a history of high blood pressure or cardiovascular problems.
