This means that it won’t put pressure on knees and joints, as other aerobic or running exercises do. The workout is also recommended for people that suffer from arthritis.
A spinning workout of 45 minutes can burn around 500 calories, (depending on intensity) which is a huge amount when compared to other types of workout. Putting that into context, its a similar amount of calories to a Big Mac.
